Welcome to the Havant Hornets Elite Club page!
The Havant Hornets is a friendly Junior Badminton club.
Being established for many years, the Hornets have substantial history to their name and have been known to develop many successful county players throughout the years.
I am lucky enough to run the club as its Head Coach, carrying on the great development work from past coaches and volunteers.

Due to increased popularity the club has been split into two age groups. Havant Hornets Primary for kids aged 5 to 10 and Havant Hornets Secondary for those aged 11 to 16.
Please Note these are held at different locations on different days.
Havant Hornets ELITE
10 - 16 Year olds
An add on junior group coaching class for players who are wanting to take their game to the next level, and overall, more seriously.
Criteria as follows…

Be an active member of Havant Hornets

Ideally seeking to compete in local tournaments

Ideal for more advanced players with prospects of county badminton

Potential to join a performance centre

Ages 10 - 16
Time: 6:00 – 7:00pm
Date: Wednesday evening, term time only
Location: Havant Leisure Centre, Civic Centre Rd, Havant PO9 2AY
This session is smaller in numbers, and contains aspects such as shot practises, tactics and routine based training.
SUMMER TERM 2026
Cost: Full Term - (All 14 sessions) - £105.00
First Half Term (15th April - 20th May) - £48.00
Second Half Term (3rd June - 22nd July) - £64.00
