Welcome to the Havant Hornets Junior Club page!

The Havant Hornets is a friendly Junior Badminton club.

Being established for many years, the Hornets have substantial history to their name and have been known to develop many successful county players throughout the years.

I am lucky enough to run the club as its Head Coach, carrying on the great development work from past coaches and volunteers.

Due to increased popularity the club has been split into two age groups. Havant Hornets Primary for kids aged 5 to 10 and Havant Hornets Secondary for those aged 11 to 16.

Please Note these are held at different locations on different days.

Havant Hornets Secondary

11 - 16 Year olds

A Junior Badminton Club for 11-16 year olds of all abilities, running under the Havant Hornets Club umbrella. The ‘Secondary’ session includes aspects of coaching, fun games, match play & social elements. Badminton England accredited club & coaches.

Ages: 6 - 16

Abilities: All abilities welcome

Time: 4:30 – 6:00pm

Date: Every Monday evening, term time only!

Location: Havant Leisure Centre, Civic Centre Rd, Havant PO9 2AY

SUMMER TERM 2026

Cost: Full Term - (All 13 sessions) - £123.50

First Half Term (13th April - 18th May) - £50.00

Second Half Term (!st June - 20th July) - £80.00
